We shouldn't get explosive plays against our defense! It's good we are looking for that possibility, but i think the offense not catching the defense sleeping is a good thing. IMO, an explosive play will come from finding a wrong in the defensive coverage or a CB getting lost.

The Canes front 7 is extremely disruptive, but the defensive line is the strength of the defense. The secondary has been surprisingly great.. And the offense is stacked at all positions. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd string. While the offensive line is the strength on offense. The trenches controls the game.

We should move #58 to RT and let Manuel play LT, that his natural position because of his height. Move Waites to RG. Problem fixed. #58 just have to be a team player, I know he wants to impress the scouts and play LT, but sometimes you have to be a team guy.

With one of the toughest brutal schedules in all of college football that we got, especially coming off of back to back losing seasons, I’m expecting disappointment so I won’t be disappointed

I recommend people to look at Auburn's Defense from last year to see how ours could be this year. That defense almost beat Bama and kept Auburn in the game verse Georgia.

Dave, when you say you put the o line at a high level, do you mean at a high level compared to other positions groups on the team, compared to the sec, or compared to o line groups nationally?

Imo the O line is the most important spot on the team. If they can’t get it together this year they have to do some major changes because year one and two weren’t good outside of Ocyrus Torrence. AR made them look better than they were year 1 and last year was well..

Nah man.... Rob Sayle hasn't proven anything to me other than an inability to coach at almost every level. If we're hearing that the offensive line is a problem, then it's gonna be a problem when the season gets here. I have 0 faith in a coaching staff that can't count to 11 for an entire season AND spring practice to be able to fix any issues in 3 weeks or less....

Audio quality on Napier interview making me deaf also why are you concerned about defensive end ? We’ve hit that position fairly hard over the last couple cycles and have some talented kids there . I get the offensive line that unit wasn’t any good last year so that’s a cause for concern every year .

Please bug ear of coaches. Miami is gonna run. Play run even on 3rd and 8. Is not gonna be cam ward day. They are practicing running. They are a beast backfield and i hope our linebackers and safeties are ready to tackle. Im a diehard gator '86 and this miami team is built like old sec teams....just watch them against tex am and clemson. Please play run defense.

The scrimmage was very, very, very troubling. The OL may very well be the worst we’ve had in a LONG time. I know that’s hard to believe after last season. But in a year that we need exceptional OL play, we are in DEEP TROUBLE. Consider this your warning folks.

I think we all liked Lyons for depth & potential but realistically he only had 10 solo tackles, no sacks or FF all last season. We should be able to make up for that kind of production. Praying for his full recovery ❤️‍🩹

6:00 I think we will see guys like Slackman, Banks, McCray getting more snaps at defensive tackle on top of production from the JUCO transfer.

Princely easily the best pass rusher we had. No one on the team can come off the edge like him. Scheme and play calling will dictate how much pressure we can get.
